Prussia Cove 25 mins walk. Although we are in a very cosy corner with our own views and privacy, we are close to many amenities. Walk to The Packet Inn (6 mins). There is a local Co-op next to the above pub. More than just a convenience store and very handy indeed. Big S/Markets 7 mins drive.

This is a unique hand built tiny house, housed in one of our fields. Surrounded by a terrace with an outside bath and views over the countryside.
There is loads of outdoor space for you to run and jump in !!

There is a large sitting, dining area, where you can lounge and take in the view through the large arched window.
A wood burning stove you can cosy up to on chilly evenings or days when you just want to kick back and relax.
There are books and games to entertain, or you can just stare out at the view.
An honesty drinks cabinet with spirits and mixers.

A fully stocked kitchen with normal & herbal teas ..Coffee in abundance, Kitchen Aid nespresso machine, milk frother, Cafetierre.
Useful daily condiments, fridge freezer and a cooker.

The shower room is well equipped with a large walk in shower (room for two)!
Lots of fluffy towels with his & hers robes. Shower essentials, which are all environmentally friendly, as well as being made in Cornwall.

Upstairs is the bedroom with king size bed and luxurious bed linen and throws, for those cosy nights.
You can star gaze as you lay in bed through the velux window above you.

Outside there is a bath for you to luxuriate in, whatever time of day. Have a glass or two whilst you do this!!
There is a Weber bbq and a chiminea and plenty of garden furniture for you to relax.

The Lookout is surrounded by natural beauty, fields, trees and plenty of space for you to enjoy.

“The tiny house was absolutely stunning! Exactly as the pictures showed! Sarah and her family are the most kindest & attentive hosts. The amount detailed finishing touches are absolutely what made this stay extra special. Everything was eco friendly and recyclable, even down to the loo roll and bin bags! Perfect location, local pub short walk with amazing food, stunning views! Honestly could not fault this lovely little place! Will 100% be back again.”
